We use EmailJS to deliver contact inquiries, roadmap feedback, and email-update signup requests to our team by email. The submitted form data is sent to EmailJS for processing.

1. What we collect
When you use our contact form, you may provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Company
- Role
- Message content
We use this information to respond to your inquiry.
App Store shortcut visits
When you use our /app/ shortcut to reach the App Store, we record the visit time, IP address, browser user agent, and referring URL when supplied by your browser. We use these records to understand use of the link and troubleshoot redirects.
These logs are stored outside the public website directory and accessed through our hosting account. They do not contain your Trustscribe recordings, transcripts, or meeting content.
Optional email updates
If you sign up for Taitale updates, we collect your email address, the signup date, and the signup wording to record your request. We use your email to send occasional updates about Trustscribe, sensitive-data workflows, and new Taitale solutions.
Your signup request is delivered to our team through EmailJS and kept in our mailbox to manage updates. Contact inquiries and roadmap feedback do not automatically sign you up.
You can withdraw your request at any time by replying to an update or emailing support@taitale.com. We will stop sending updates when we process your request.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies from our own website code.
This site is designed to operate with essential functionality only.
Third-party services we use may place their own cookies or collect technical request data when you interact with them.

jsDelivr CDN
We load the EmailJS browser library from jsDelivr. CDN providers typically process technical data such as IP address and request metadata to deliver files securely and reliably.
